Is there any way to move the Active Graph tool Bar to the bottom of the chart?

I can't test this right now to see if it's what you need but please try this piece of code in your style and see if it does what you want:

 
TYPE=REPORT,
OBJECT=STATUS-AREA,
JUSTIFY=LEFT,
PAGE-LOCATION=BOTTOM,
COLOR=’BLACK’,
BACKCOLOR=’WHITE’,
$

Thank you very much but this has no effect on a graph other than to change the Background color to white vs the default of Black
