This is the URL I'm trying to execute from an internal application to run a report. The user/pwd I'm sending is a valid user and has access to that domain. Despite that I'm getting the following error. Can anyone please tell me what I might be missing? Thanks.

The URL looks right to me. Maybe there is an include of some component within the html form that hasn't been published or is part of a different domain the user doesn't have access to.
Thank you for using Focal Point!
