We recently upgraded from WebFOCUS 8005M to 8105M. I am having problems accessing Report Caster console. I have admin rights to WebFOCUS client and reporting server. 1. Using IE11 when I click on Schedule function it opens a screen showing option to email or ftp. When I click on email, the schedule console is not opening and shows an error saying "Failed to Retrieve the Properties of the report. Please select a new report". When I use Chrome, I dont have any issues accessing report caster schedule console and scheduling screen opens and I am able to schedule my jobs without any problems.
2. Using IE11 in Report caster console I am unable to view job logs. When I click on job logs, I get an error or warning message saying "Failed to execute the AJAX callback function LogProcedureListUI_CallBackGetContentInfoList. I dont have probelms accessing job log information using chrome

That gen of WebFOCUS is fairly old. A refreshed version of 8105M is available for download. You may want to consider upgrading. In the mean time I think your best course of action is to open a case with techsupport.
