Reports that a user develops with IA are saved to the myreports folder. Whether they can be shared or not is dependent on the rights that you assign to individuals in MRE. Take a look at the MRE documentation.

Hi, Please note that we are not using the MR InfoAssit and have license only for Personal lnfoassist and our Dashboard is a self service application. We are not using the MRE concept at all.
Still is there a way to save and share the reports from Personal IA.

SAMM, The only way to share in that case would be to email the report you created to your colleague and they can then load the file. This is similar to sharing word documents. You could setup a drop box, skydrive, etc. to automate this.
