I am using Developer Studio 7.6.4and I have an HTML screen with several drop down boxes. The drop down boxes are populated by FOCUS.mas FILES. Some users get the following message, "Error Retrieving Data" on the lower left hand corner of the screen. Hitting the F5 sometimes helps, but not always.
We need to know what causes this as not all users have this problem and all users have the same Internet Explorer 8.This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Emily McAllister>,

Hi Leo,
Have you compared the browser settings between a working machine and a non-working machine? Specifically, please review the Compatibility View browser settings.
If there isn't a difference, I'd like to recommend opening a case on InfoResponse Online.
