I have reports for three regions to be sent as PDF attachments. The distribution is:
Burst Value Address North samjones@test1.com East johndoe@test2.com South samjones@test1.com
In the above example sam jones will get one email with two attachments. Is there a way to send sam jones two separate emails, each with only one attachment?
We have had that question too and how I solved this is asking the IT department to create an alias email code for the same user and put that in the adress.

I would like to know if the suggestion of jnc works. Might be a work around I can use too, allmost endless possibilities and if this would work I can also prefend myself for failures.

Hi kt1, In WebFOCUS 713 and higher there is a setting in Report Caster Configuration to control this behaviour. It is called Packet Email. It controls whether all burst values are distributed as multiple attachments in a single e-mail, or as a single attachment in individual e-mails.
By default, the Packet Email parameter is set to YES, meaning that people receiving multiple burst values receive a single e-mail with multiple attachments. When the Packet Email parameter is set to NO, each burst value a person receives is distributed in a separate e-mail. The Packet Email parameter is located under the User Info folder on the General tab.
Hope this helps.
