Is there a way to kill a ReportCaster job that is already running and hung up?

I've seen several threads on this but they were all from 2008 and 2009 so I didn't know if there was any updated information on the process.

go to the server console
workspace
monitor
data services (agents)
and you'll see your list of existing agent directories
the caster ones are usually in the 2nd group, service=wc_default
Click right on the tscomid, and click Kill AGent.
Poof!

BTW, you need to login to the console with administrative credentials in order to see more than just your individual running jobs.
