when we try open a PDF format report, it shows "File Open Dialogue box" asks options like open, save...

when we click open, it shows PDF format and a blank white page (Internet Explorer).

This is happening only in some machines. Not sure, what's wrong in those machines. Anybody face this issue, can anybody explain this?

We had an issue with a certain version of Tomcat, coupled with Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0.2 (only that subrelease), that acted like that. When you went and found Acrobat on the machine, and opened it, the document was there! Confused Some machines had Adobe 6.0.2, some had 6.0.0, others had 5 or 7 versions.
So I would check the exact release of Adobe on the desktops that work vs those that don't.
