I have an advanced graph with a standard legend with the marker on the left. The legend text values contain a 12 letter word followed by a 7 letter word and a 9 letter word. The legend looks like it has a gap after the 7 leter word since it seems to be allocating the same amount of space for each piece of text. Can I make it squash together without the extra spaces? This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Even I have questions about legend properties in Adv graph assistant. It seems to be easy in graph assistant though. And one thing I wonder is, does any graphs dont have legend? If so, can we force it to have legend?
Thank you..

Hi EED,
I am consulting this one with our internals, can you please post an example?
Would the following code work for you:
GRAPH FILE CAR
SUM
DCOST AS 'thisistwelve sevenlt thisninel'
RCOST
BY COUNTRY
END
Cheers,

Hi EED,
Is it okay to have the legend go vertically instead of horizontally? You can then place it on the left, like this:

I may have to go to a different format to make the legend look its best - but ideal would be X 12 letter word Y 7 letter Z Other word
