My production and test environments consist of WebFOCUS 8008, and I would like to upgrade them to 8104.
I was able to upgrade the client on the test environment. I logged onto my test environment portal, expanded Reporting Servers and right clicked on my reporting server and choose Reporting Server Console. When I do this a new window pops up and tells me 403 - Access Denied.
I have NOT upgraded the reporting server on my test environment. Could this be the reason for the 403 message? Or is there some issue moving from 8008 to 8104 that would cause this? After updating the client to 8104 (and running the conversion for favorites and portals), I cleared the work directory and restarted tomcat.
