When I click print preview I get a preview of words laying ontop of each other. It shows 4 pages but all text and images are on first page layering on top of each other. I thought this might be a IE issue but wanted opinions on how to maybe resolve this. I am new at webfocus.

So when you say Print Preview - you are doing this thru the printer? HTML is not a good thing to print. PDF is the way to go.
