External Customers Accessing Webfocus Reporting Server

Hi All.

I have a Webfocus 804 running in windows server 2008 R2 using PTH security. I need that external customers run reports bypassing the security (no ask for credentials), then following the security manual, I modified some parameters in Webfocus Admin Console.
Under Configuration, security:
IBI_Authentucation_Type was changed to WFRS
IBI_User_Group_Mebership_ExctAuthN was changed to EXTERNAL
IBI_Anonymous_WFRS_Users was changed to WEBUSER
IBI_Anonymous_WFRS_Pass was changed to specific password
IBI_WFRS_Authentication_Node = CONSFACT
Also under Reporting Services, Remote Services I have created the Node CONSFACT using option SECURITY in Trusted and Pass WebFOCUS User ID and their Groups.
On the server side under Access Control/Settings/General the option trust_ext=y
I'm using the next URL:
http://WEBSERVER:8080/ibi_apps...r&IBIC_pass=xxxxxxxx


In Developer studio work fine, but in the server the page htm file open but the button for execution is blocked and no take action, and I have been checking but not find an answer.
I appreciate your help.
