Is WebFOCUS’ comprehensive user services the WebFOCUS Administration Console?

I've been searching the documentation, and haven't found anything that covers this. Any suggestions on how to learn more about CUS?

I think it is what they call 'Managed Reporting Administration'. The Webfocus Admin Console is something else entirely.
