I cannot provide Excel-Macro Template sample here.
If you do search the forum and TechLibrary you will find how to us an Excel template and even the GUI is giving you the option.
You must first built your template with the macro in. This file will then be the one you will refer as your focus output format. It will be something such as this
TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT RETAIL_COST
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT XLSX TEMPLATE 'yourFileName.xlsm' SHEETNUMBER 1
END
