is there any chance in webfocus to say weather reports are having custom code or not, for example free hand sql, freehand focus-code, which will not be read by Physical view or logical view. these code will be only seen in code view.

Think of it logically, within Dev Studio (I presume you are talking DS?) the tool interprets the code as exists. If you have hand coded items in there (and they pass the GUI parser) then whether (not weather) you look at the code, logical or physical views, ALL the code will be represented in either of the views.
So, the answer would be No, I guess. Or perhaps you would like someone to say yes and then tell you it can't be done after many posts and wasted time?
If you really do not want to hear No as the answer then perhaps contacting the Tech Support line (providing you have maintenance) will give you a different answer - but I doubt it.
