I have a file that I am delivering with Report Caster to a FTP site that I'm having some problems with.
My requirements say that the uploaded text file should not have a file suffix. So when I upload it should be called "ABCD" instead of "ABCD.txt".
When I remove the file suffix, this causes Report Caster to not deliver the file, and give me an error:
BTP1010 unable to distribute to BTP1010 500 STOR : command not understood.
Does anyone know how to prevent this error? This message has been edited. Last edited by: ColdWhiteMilk,

Hi ColdWhiteMilk,
Per our ReportCaster technical: In your scheduler screen, in the task tab, there is a ‘Save Report As’ field. The full file name there should match the file name that you gave in the Distribution Tab’s Single File field.
If this does not work, then please open a case with Customer Support Services for further assistance. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
Cheers,
Kerry

It turns out that accorging to our IBI Account Support Manager, this is a known issue with 7.6.4 that requires a hot fix.
