[CLOSED] Excel 2003 Template files will not open when connected via VPN
We have been utilizing Excel templates with Excel 2003 for a number of years. They work great, however, if working remotely, via VPN, trying to open a template document takes 10 minutes or longer...and may not open at all. Opening the file while in the office and directly connected to the network, everything works as normal. As a test, I opened a template file, saved it after the macro ran, then sent to a remote user and they were able to open it just fine. They could not open the file when it was directly sent to them via Report Caster distribution list. Has anyone else had this experience and possibly know of a fix?This message has been edited.
