I want to have a prompted parameter that uses a dynamic list to pull the possible values from another file (synonym). I was able to get that to work, but I want to query that list so that my parameter values only pull the "enabled" records (status=enabled). How can I query the dynamic list to only dynamically pull specific values back?

I don't think that it's something feasible with the WF auto-prompting except if you create another master file which is already filtered (so you'll auto-prompt on this new file) or maybe with admin security on your original master file (which I've never tested it).

Maybe someone else have another option.

I think this could be done via DBA settings in the master.
