I'm trying to use the calendar control in HTML Composer and want the output to be in the format I8YYMD, but it's not listed on the drop down list "Date format in data source"
You would think that format would still be a popular format.
Has anyone gotten around this somehow?
(I'm running Developer Studio 7702.)

That Calendar control is very annoying. There is a fixed number of formats, many are excluded for no logical reason. E.g. Why is Y.M.D offered, but not YY.M.D?
I8YYMD would be nice.
Several month-year formats are included (which seems silly for a calendar control), but none with a four-digit year, except TrMYY, which I can't see as being helpful at all.
You'll just have to edit out the slashes from the YYMD until more appropriate options are added.

I should have specified that you edit the parameter value in the fex called by the HTML page. The HTML Composer Date control allows you to edit the option in the Properties and Settings window, but that is ignored.
