Thanks for replies. No solution but good to know going forward.
Does anyone know if there's a trick to getting a report to show images when creating a report and sending as an inline HTML message via Report Caster? I tested sending a report, but the images do not display (just the red X noting there is an image). Inline messages are send through Lotus Notes.
thanks

I get messages in my email all the time that seem to fit this description (NewEgg off the top of my head, for one). It seems that HTML formatted messages (as I think your inline report is classified) are displayed as image placeholders since I have a setting checked to not display remote images in HTML messages. When I change this setting (Ctrl + I in my mail client), the images all appear inline.
JG is right, but that is only for a certain class of mail (Octet Encoded I think?).
I wonder if there is any change if you change the setting in you mail client to 'Show images'?
