I have one user workstation that info assist editor is taking 10 min to open a report which takes my machine 30 sec. Then once inside nothing can really be done becuase of waits. The memory is good on this machine , but I was wondering if anyone has had issues with the level of Java on a workstation?This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
Check the file size of the infoassist report. If you can open it with a text editor do so and see if you have repeating comment lines. If you do remove the repeats and it will open and run faster.

Thank you all . I did have a good number of comment line so I have deleted them and I am waiting for the user to respond. I had already set it to sample data, and I have created a report against a really small simple table for her to test on.
