Does anyone else have an issue while using Developer Studio you get logged out after "X" minutes in Developer Studio?

Our production Webfocus environment is protected by SiteMinder and from my reading there is a known limitation:

re-authentication challenge by SiteMinder. This occurs when the developer has been
either idle or signed on longer than allowed by the SiteMinder settings on the "ibi_"
realm. In some cases, this will cause Developer Studio to be unresponsive. The
developer will be allowed to re-authenticate only if they use a Developer Studio feature
that results in the opening of a Web browser window, for example, running a report
request. In this case, the SiteMinder Logon dialog box opens in the window instead.
The report output appears in the window after you supply valid credentials. If the
developer instead tries to navigate using the environment tree in Explorer, Developer
Studio will not recognize the SiteMinder authentication challenge and the operation
will fail. In this case, restart Developer Studio to work around the issue.


Looking at the SiteMinder realm settings it is set for 2 hours, but I only get exactly 5 minutes in Developer Studio. I can live with the limitation if I could get it longer than 5 minutes. Would anyone else know of any other setting? I do have a case open with IBI as well as CA, but I thought that maybe someone else has had this issue.
