We have a SAP shop here.
We have several JOBS setup in the Report Caster. Everything runs just fine. But I am getting a task error ‘Task error:ibi.jlink.EdaPcb: Pcb2.: ibi.ngxxj.NGException: local error’
on the JOBS and it is not occurring to any particular JOB. This error is picking the JOBS randomly and eventually the JOB fails to run with this error message.
If I rerun the same JOB again it will finish successfully.
We have a high volume of JOBS that run during Mondays between 1:00AM till 8AM and at least 150 JOBS run during that day. I have noticed that at least 4 – 5 JOBS fail with this error on Monday. From Tuesday through Friday we have an average of 90 Jobs/day run and at least 2 Jobs (any – picks randomly) on daily basis fail with the same error.

We tried several things like,
• Tried to capture the traces and see if we can get some information
• Looked through the log to see if it gives any information
• Tried to notice if there is any pattern that it is following

We were not successful so far.
We are about 3 people here and none of us had any administration experience before. Our administrator left and now everything is in our hands to resolve.
If any one can help with this issue, or if any one can share their experience that had the similar experience, that would be great.
