We have finished testing WF 5.3.3 and will be migrating 5.3.3 from test to production. On the to-do list so far at the client�s end:
1. Back up focexecs, master file descriptions, launch pages (and other HTMLs) and access files for
a. 5.2.7 � current production
b. 5.3.3 � test version
2. Copy over all 5.2.7 production .fex, .mas, .ftm, .acx files not already in 5.3.3
3. Clean out any old files that will never be used again
4. Create a test list of all must-run focexecs accessible through
a. Self-service applications
b. Dashboard
c. MRE
5. Document all users� properties and put all 5.2.7 users into 5.3.3
6. Assign a department liaison to connect with all user departments to assign test responsibilities
Are there other steps from the client�s perspective that should be included? Obviously the IBI folks have their checklist but we cannot let anything fall through the cracks.
