Is there a way to access shared reports in a self-service environment? We currently have a self service site we use to let users run parameterized reports but would also like to let them run to be able to run some shared reports created by some users who have access to reporting objects. I have at least gotten to the point where if I can just reference the fex created by the user through an html page though MRE that would be fine as well. I tried creating an html page though dev studio and import an existing procudure (pointing to the user's reports folder) but it keeps saying file not found... The concepts of Shared reports and reporting objects exists only in the MRE world. MRE"objects" are merely entries in HTML files (for the most part). If you're playing in the self-service world, you've got to handle the concepts of security, domains, "shared reports", report templates/objects, file locations, etc. some other way. You're tyring to poke holes in the schema that I'm sure IBI has gone to great lengths to secure. We already have security setup in our self-service environments which actually allows for users to be able to get access to certain MRE domains along with the standard reports of that domain. I don't think were merely poking holes but expanding on what IBI already has to offer. In either case I think we're just going to work around this issue by copying the fex generated from the user into the standard reports section of the MRE domain.
