Hi;

Hi;

I have a report which will take a parameter as date format. In my html painter, the date field input from the user could be empty. If the user don't input the date, i will get all the information without this date limit.How can i do that.

Hi Maria

you could set a default value like :

-DEFAULT &DTM_INPUT='0'

then in your where clause :

WHERE (DTM_INPUT LE '&DTM_INPUT.EVAL' OR '&DTM_INPUT.EVAL' EQ '0')

This way if the user doesnt fill in the date , all records will processed
