I have not been able to find the way webfocus creates emails, I would like to add a confidentiality statement to the emails sent from the reportcaster. Is the email sent from the server via send mail to our exchange server, or is there a different mechanism.

The best way would be to have this inserted as a rule in your Exchange server settings. It works for us.
This setting would be in one place and for good.

You call also control the content of the email by going into the "Message" button on the "Distribution Tab" on the caster schedule.

The Message option is limited to 256 characters.
If you need more than than you can create a report letter Fex and then attach it as in Inline Report and it will appear in the E-mail when opened.
