Hello Everyone,

I have a report in which there is a column for customers phone numbers. Different agents have their own set of phone number list to choose from. I was thinking of a functionality in which an agent create with an excel file with just one column of phone numbers in it uploading into his webfocus html report and getting filtered results based on the phone numbers he has uploaded. Is it possible in webfocus. If is please suggest some directions.

Hi

1. This functionality is available for InfoAssist users (within the filters options)

2. For self service , if all users are on the same network as of the WF server you could add a parameter which will indicate the location and file name so the users can save their excel file on a shared network drive accessible to WF. Then create the logic in your fex to read the list and use it within the report
