I've created both bar and pie charts in a dashboard. Can I change the color and scale? How do I do it?

In the Report Painter, check the Features and Format tabs for AHTML and see what you can do at least with the colors. I don't think there is a lot of flexibility as the graphs are presentations of data as opposed to real graphs.

You say you created charts but the title of your thread is "Active Reports" which suggests an AHTML output. Which is it?

In Active Reports, you can choose that the intial presentation of your report be a chart. However, the customizations are not like what you can do with the graph wizards.
