Francis MarianiI've been telling people for years - some of them listened, a lot of them didn't.

Francis MarianiIt takes a little longer for the bottle that your invitation is in to get across the Atlantic.

AnatessGot the invite stateside.
Great site. Lots of things to sift through especially if you're not quite sure what you are looking for. But my first 20 posts got great results. Responses seem to come from the same people... Francis, Tony, Frank, Susannah. Hmm... I wonder if these people don't have much of a life.

Tony AAnatess,
That may be oh so true, but it could also be that we are committed (or should
be committed?) to helping our worldwide colleagues in attaining the best from the product? I like to think the latter but I am sure others might disagree
Now, where's that bottle? I need to send a message to Gerry ...

AnatessThe one in Las Vegas, Nevada right? Yeah, I would love to but my company won't pay for it... the request to spend a week in Ceasar's Palace is highly suspect.
Hey, I should tell you. I just installed my very first Maintain app to production - thanks to Focal Point - only place where you can learn how to populate and preselect a combobox from a guru in Portugal!

Alan BAnatess
Congratualtions on your first Maintain app. Maybe the start of many more!
My company (me!) won't pay for me to go to Las Vegas either.
The importance of just browsing Focal Point is sometimes lost. However 2 seperate comments in 2 different topics, one by Mickey and one by Darin, showed me that I had a huge problem about to emerge in my system that I was unaware of, which would have been a disaster, AND I had a solution without even asking for one. This potentially saved lots of time and worry. Phew.
Alan.
