Is there a way to print the Library access lists in report caster?

The Report Caster Repository is held in an rdbms when you are using the Report Library. If you refer to Appendix B of the Report Caster Administration Manual it identifies the tables in the repository and their relationships. You should be able to write a report against BOTLIST to get the information you want.
