I want to run a Rcaster schedule (call it "a"). When completed, I then want to kick off 2 other schedules simultaneously (Call them "b" and "c"). Is this possible in 5.3.x? I can not use all 3 as different tasks within the same schedule b/c "b" and "c" would not kick off simultaneously that way. Any one have ideas?
Any example out there oyu can pointme to? I tried runing 2 tasks in the same schedule, but I get flagged with 'only 1 task for this type of distribution'. is there a limit from rc to only run 1 ftp per schedule. Ira
Ira, I know my response wont help your short term issue and that you can programatically figure a solution out but at our site we have been asking for dependant based scheduling, simliar to what you are asking for, to be built into the product. If you haven't opened a case would suggest that you do if its important enough. Jon

Thanks for the link. I think we found something similar when we were looking into it. There was push back on having to loop through a process to determine what schedules (will be over 1K by mid year and growing) need to get kicked off after our batch process, call the api and loop through that, etc. Other groups felt it was something the product should support because its a common occurance in an enterprise environment.
