Hello all,
I have a little problems,and I hope you can help me.
After I execute an WF rapport (EXCEL format) I need to change the name that the rapport comes with.
Par default when the report is generated, it has a default name (WFServletxyz.xls).
Is there any solution to change this name, so that when the report is generated, the default name be something like "File_name_abc", where abc is a number, and if I run the same report for the second time the name of the file be "File_name_abc+1" ?

Not that I am aware. If you get the message already open and say okay, ususally it opens the next report with a '-' version on the wsservlet name. I would say best option would be to save the first report if really wanted prior to running the second for unique names. I don't play a lot with changing names and so on, someone out there may have a better answer for you.

Here is a sample report that should give you what you need. However, I am not sure if the features used are supported in WF 533. The AS phrase controls the name of the files. The TITLETEXT controls the name of the worksheet (the name on the tab) in the Excel Workbook.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM RCOST DCOST SALES
BY COUNTRY
ON TABLE HOLD AS 'CARXLS1' FORMAT EXL2K
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, TITLETEXT='CAR One',$
ENDSTYLE
END

The other thing to note here is that it creates the Excel file on the server but does not pass it directly back to the browser. PCHOLD does not seem to respect the AS 'CARXLS1' statement but doing a regular HOLD does.
