I have a requirement to display the TimeFrame TimeFrame dropdown list prompt which holds the value like "Year,Qtr,Month".
When user selects the Year in TimeFrame dropdown prompt,the new year dropdown prompt has to be displayed for year selection e.g TimeFrame:Year Year:"2013,2014,2015".
When user select the Qtr in the TimeFrame dropdown prompt,Year dropdown and Qtr dropdown has to be displayed e.g TimeFrame:Qtr Year:2014 Qtr:Q1
Similarly, if the Month value has chosen then, Year,Qtr and Month dropdown list has to be prompted e.g TimeFrame:Month Year:2014 Qtr:Q1 Month:January
Any help is greatly appreciated.

A possible solution is to have 1 control per option in the TimeFrame drop list: YearDL, QtrDL, MonthDL. Where each control have previously been properly populated with their values.
Then have an "onchange" event assigned to TimeFrame with the following in the function :
function TimeFrame_onchange(ctrl) {
var timeFrame = IbComposer_getCurrentSelection('TimeFrame');
if (timeFrame == ‘Year’)
{
document.getElementById("YearDL").style.visibility='visible';
document.getElementById("QtrDL").style.visibility='hidden';
document.getElementById("MonthDL").style.visibility='hidden';
}
if (timeFrame == ‘Qtr’)
{
document.getElementById("YearDL").style.visibility='hidden';
document.getElementById("QtrDL").style.visibility='visible';
document.getElementById("MonthDL").style.visibility='hidden';
}
if (timeFrame == ‘Month’)
{
document.getElementById("YearDL").style.visibility='hidden';
document.getElementById("QtrDL").style.visibility='hidden';
document.getElementById("MonthDL").style.visibility='visible';
}
}
This will show and hide proper control according to selection made in TimeFrame drop list.
