What do you mean by the GRAND TOTAL attribute? Are you talking about TYPE=GRANDTOTAL in a stylesheet? or the default TOTAL line for and entire report?

to suppress totals on specific columns you can specify which ones you want:

ON TABLE SUBTOTAL
RCOST
DCOST AS 'GRAND TOTAL'

any columns that you do not specify are not totalled. Using this syntax, you can also change the type of total by inserting prefixes of AVE. CNT. MAX. etc. (with a spec between the . and the field name)

Darin

Hi Darin,
I want to Supress the values that are blank or zero. I do not want to show them in the report.

That would be something entirely different. If you add an S to the format of a numeric column, that indicates zero-suppression and will not display the field if the value is zero. I believe this works in totals as well, as they inherit the attributes of the column.
