This is not about styling the pop-up. This is about styling the links created within the report that allow for the drill-thru.
Or are you saying that multidrill.css controlls this as well?

Multi or single drilldown, these are links on an HTML page and unless you style them otherwise, they take on the default styling of the web browser, which is blue underlined hyperlinks.
The quickest method is as below - add HTMLFORM BEGIN and END and add styling to the anchor tag:
