This goes along with my post about special characters in the password. I have a user who put a comma in his network password (active directory). I deleted the use from webfocus and added him back in using Managed Reporting Admin. Everything was fine until he tried to log on. Gets invalid userid/password error. I deleted again and this time manually keyed the password excluding any special characters. Still won't work. Any ideas?

When we removed the comma from the password in AD and I let the user password default to the password in AD, all worked fine. Sorry for the post.
