I am trying to figure out pre-procedures vs. alerts and how to kick off 350+ scheduled monthly reports after the data warehouse has finished loading. The reports are currently scheduled for the day after the scheduled data warehouse load, and not dependent on a pre-procedure or alert. All the reports are standard reports FTP’d to the application server.
I used the Alert Wizard to successfully schedule one report to be FTP’d to the server but I’m hoping I don’t have to do that for each of the 350 reports. Could anyone give me some pointers? I would greatly appreciate it.
