[CLOSED] Reports do not display in Deferred Status window
Hello All,

I am using WF v7705.
My user has several queries that when she simply "run", it completes with no problems. But when she "run deferred", it does not ever show the report in the Deferred Status window. (She get the "successfully run deferred" pop-up window). When I look in Deferred Status = the report is not under Queued; Completed; Running nor Unknown status.
(It only happens to this one user and the problem started 2months ago.) My team did not make any changes to the environment.

I restarted the app server( and tomcat service).
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hi Lavell,

Welcome to Focal Point!

Are these reports being run through a Dash Board? What is the option in Managed Reporting for this User - "run deferred only"? Check within the Admin Console for Managed Reporting.

Verify if the "show on User's list" is checked on or not checked. This would help if running through a DashBoard.
This can be accomplished by right clicking on the report in MR, properties.

You can also check to make sure your Reporting Server allows Deferred Agents. In your edaserve.cfg file you should see something like the following:
SERVICE = DFM_DEFAULT
BEGIN
maximum = 128
number_ready = 3

Let us know if the above is helpful.

Hi Tamra:
we are running WF8.1.04 and I have a report developer who is able to see his deferred reports in DevStudio- but is unable to delete them. He gets the Delete option but it errors out with a Script Error. "An error has occurred in the script on this page". Then it gives the URL with WFServlet.ibfs at the end. "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?" Thanks for your help.
