Today suddenly one of user getting error while try to access one of the domain my report folder.
Error: unable to perform WORP_GetMRRootContentsAction Cause by :ibi.worp.util.worp_exception19306) Unable to delete My reports Folder < # olapcustomreports >
Same user still can access the other domain my reports folder

Suggestion from internal: can you please make sure the Role includes the 'advanced' priviledge, which is required to create 'My Reports'. Usually after adding this priviledge to this role, the errors (19306) will stop. If this is not the case, then it is recommended that you contact Information Builders' Customer Support Services and open a case for assistance.

Yes, updated the Roles with Adavance option checked on. In order to fix the issue need to recreate the user html file under basedir like remove the older links.
