I have experienced what appears to be a bug in Dev Studio 8.0.08.

I have a fex file, a mas file, and an ftm file that I copied from one environment to another within the reporting server area of the Dev Studio Explorer. After drag/drop, the data rows in the ftm file are truncated to 80 characters. Editing in the text editor or external text editor makes no difference – the data rows are truncated at 80 characters.

I imagine the only way to solve this for now is to use the Windows file system to copy the files.

Anyone else notice this?

Yes, it does sound vaguely familiar. I am into my third month of a 12 month sabbatical from opening cases so I'll do as I usually do - find a workaround.
