The spanned column headings for the across measures don't line up because of a BY field NOPRINT statement. The NOPRINT field is displayed and messes up the report.

Nothing in the "Usage Notes for SET EXPANDBYROW" suggests that NOPRINT cannot be used, but according to Tech Support the documentation should specify that. There are a few New Feature Requests about this subject with no delivery date.
