Our test files (CAR, VIDEOTRK, etc) are in a database environment we are looking to disconnect. How do I recreate the appropriate test tables in another database environment? I assume I could dump the DDL and the data to a script and run it in the target environment (after making the changes between the DB versions) but I was hoping to find some sort of create script (batch file? admin function?) that I could run from the server, point to the target environment and it would create everything it needs from there.

These are not dbms tables, so there are no DDL, scripts or DB versions. They're FOCUS databases that are usually located in app folder ibisamp and are usually available upon WF reporting server installation. You shouldn't have to recreate them, but if you do need to, look in app folder ibisamp - there are several WebFOCUS programs (all beginning with "dbl", e.g. dblcar.fex) to load these databases.

Give me code, or give me retirement. In FOCUS since 1991
Production: WF 7.7.05M, Dev Studio, BID, MRE, WebSphere, DB2 / Test: WF 8.1.05M, App Studio, BI Portal, Report Caster, jQuery, HighCharts, Apache Tomcat, MS SQL Server
Right on all counts. We happened to have 2 in our environment. The one that points to the DB2 server was higher in the APP PATH than IBISAMP which is why it always got hit first. ]
My solution was to remove the DB2 MFD for CAR and let it failover to IBISAMP (as intended).
