Is there a setting to keep a dashboard from timing out after 10 minutes of idle time and causing the user to log in again?

You can take a look WebFOCUS Managed Reporting Administrator's Manual on Chapter 4 on page 93 it shows how you can control the limit for Authenticated and Public Users for the Dashboard. Please take a look at the manual and if you have any questions or problems please contact customer support.

Thanks for the tip. I had looked there, but after more research it was only happening on one machine which we bleieve it is hiccuping.
