Hi everyone,

My customer sometimes suspend RC due to that their DB doesn't have the correct data. It could take few days to solve that problem (not a WebFOCUS issue), and they've some scheduled tasks that sends a daily report, so, when they reactivate RC, it sends the pending jobs, so the end user receives several mails with the same report.

Is there a way to start/resume ReportCaster and tell it that 'pending' jobs?

In RC Configuration you have a "Scan Back" setting that exist for that under Distribution Servers
