I'm doing JOINs, one with multiple records. Instead of retrieving the multiple records, I only would like to retrieve the last one. Is there a reserve word to get the last one? There's also a date field one the record. Please advise. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

Looks like you want to remove duplicates in cross-reference file. For this you can use LST. prefix operator. Here is the sample code. There are multiple entries for COUNTRY and I have taken only the LAST record for each COUNTRY.
TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
CAR
SALES
BY COUNTRY
END
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
CAR
LST.SALES
BY COUNTRY
END
