We have a PDF report:

1) The first PDF page of the report is cover page:
- Data is put under TABLE SUBHEAD
- No page number is needed
- PDF treats it as Page1 of Section 1

2) The rest of PDF pages:
- Data are pulling from TABLE FILE HOLD (for the SQL)
- Each PDF page needs < TABPAGENO of < TABLASTPAGE on FOOTING BOTTOM
- PDF treats them as Page 1->n of Section 2

----------------------------------------------
Assumes n=4 in Section 2

The problem is:
- < TABLASTPAGE =1+4=5 [Page1 of Section 1 + 4 pages of Section 2)
- PDF pages show: 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, and 4 of 5

We really want:
Section1 continues to Section2 so PDF pages show: 2 of 5, 3 of 5, 4 of 5, and 5 of 5

Can anyone help it?
Thanks.
