I'm trying to convert "2007/02/01 09:35:00.000" to "Feb". The field is a format "HYYMDs" and the result can be text. Sorry, I'm terrible at working with WF dates.

first convert it with the formula HDATE to a date without time

And thanks Frank for your suggestion. While Francis' is simple, yours allows me to group by the define. (ie, I couldn't do a "BY DATE/HMt")
