I'm trying to configure Salesforce adapter in Data Migrator but getting the below error.
(FOC45435) Salesforce Request: htConnect failed : 3 (FOC45409) Error processing the request. (FOC45408) Error logging into salesforce.com for user : XXXX@XXXX.com
I verified login credentials from IE connecting to "test.salesforce.com" and was successful and used Password+token as mentioned in the documentation. Not sure what's going wrong.
Any advice or directions to resolve this is much appreciated.
I'm not sure of that but I can log in (with IE) to test.salesforce.com from the same machine where DM server is running. If I have proxy, could that work?
If you could track down someone in your tech team to let you know if you guys are using a proxy server, then you can let DM know the settings for it. You'll need Server Console access for that but the steps to set the proxy server setting at the Reporting Server level are:
1. Click the Workspace tab. 2. Right-click on the Workspace folder. 3. Select Settings followed by Miscellaneous Settings. 4. Enter the proxy server information.

I have provided proxy details for TCP but received the same error. But this time, very quickly right after I click on Test. Earlier, it took around 2 minutes to show this error.
