Is it possible to have a quicklink or dashboard in the Output or Report portlet of an Oracle Portal? I can get specific reports to show up as the default in either portlet but not a quicklink. When they are selected they always open a new browser. My goal is to assign a dashboard to specific users in a portlet without them having to navigate to it to get it to open. I have set gotoPersonalViewOnLogin set to TRUE.This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
The Oracle Portlets are defined by IBI and are good at effortlessly delivering Reports via single sign-on. I am hoping there is a way to easily extend that functionality to complete dashboards. I'll take this up with techsupport.
